Who we are
Grassroutes
Holidays is a young and dynamic company of specialists dedicated to
bringing you the very best in escorted and unescorted holidays and
tours.
Our team has over 40 years of experience within the travel
and tourism industry, so they know exactly how to deliver high quality
travel with attention to detail. We’re a big enough team to handle any
of your requests, yet small enough to keep it personal and friendly. We
have many satisfied customers and work on a ‘no cause for complaint’
basis.

Holidays is a member of the Travel Trust Assocaition (TTA).
Membership no. U6555.
What does this mean?
As Grassroutes Holidays is a member of the TTA, this means that you
the client can book your holiday secure in the knowledge that Travel
Trust Association will protect you in the unlikely event of
Grassroutes Holidays becoming insolvent.
Should Grassroutes Holidays, as a member of the Travel Trust
Association, financially fail or cease trading, for any reason, the
Travel Trust Association will liaise with the suppliers and Tour
Operators to ensure that your holiday goes ahead unaffected. If for
any reason this is not possible, the Travel Trust Association will administer a claim for a
refund of money that you have already paid to Grassroutes Holidays
for your holiday.
All members of the Travel Trust Association have to abide by the
member Code of Conduct. This is to ensure that the customers receive
the best possible service.
What we do
We have a schedule of organised tours with fixed departures leaving from the United Kingdom, Europe and further afield. If the dates aren’t suitable for you, just contact us and we’ll design a holiday around your needs.
